Return Policy

  • 3-Day Window: We offer a 3-day return policy for all unused and unworn items. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Exclusions: Please note that the 3-day return window does not apply to personalized jewellery, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases where the product is defective or spurious.

  • Condition Check: KONMER reserves the right to process refunds only after a thorough quality check of the returned items at our warehouse.

  • Source of Purchase: If you purchased a KONMER product from a platform other than our official website, the return policies of that specific source will apply.

Refund Policy

  • Timeline: Once we receive and verify your returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be initiated immediately.

  • Refund Value: All refunds are processed strictly at the purchase price (the amount stated on your original invoice). We do not account for current price fluctuations or subsequent discounts.

  • Missing Items: If a return arrives with missing components (including promotional gifts or silver coins), we reserve the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing items from your final refund.

Replacement & Exchange

  • You may opt for a replacement or exchange instead of a refund. The same eligibility criteria for returns apply.

  • Your replacement item will be dispatched only after the initial return has been successfully picked up or delivered to our facility.

The Return Process

  1. Initiate: Book your return request directly through our website or contact the KONMER Customer Support team.

  2. Pickup: Once scheduled, please be available for the reverse pick-up. Our delivery partners will call to coordinate; failure to answer or be present may result in a cancelled pick-up, requiring the process to be restarted.

  3. Zero Charges: We offer Free Returns. There are no shipping or processing fees for reverse pick-ups in most serviceable areas.

  4. Self-Ship (Rare Cases): If your pin code is not reverse-serviceable, we may ask you to ship the item back via a service like India Post. We will reimburse your shipping costs up to Rs. 50 alongside your refund.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • 48-Hour Alert: If you receive an empty parcel or a missing product, you must notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Verification: A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory for us to process claims regarding missing or damaged items. KONMER reserves the right to make the final decision based on the evidence provided.
