Shipping Time: Orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours.

Shipping Charges: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Tracking: You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order is shipped.

SECTION 14 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Return Policy: We offer a 3-day return policy for all unused and unworn silver jewellery items. KONMER Collection reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items for signs of wear or damage.

Refund Process: Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse. All refunds are processed at the original purchase price mentioned on the invoice.

Missing Items: In the unlikely event of a missing product, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. A 360-degree unpacking video is mandatory for us to process any claims regarding missing or tampered items.
